Orchard View Motel

This motel offers a welcoming experience for guests and I would recommend this place to others staying in Keremeos. The rooms are tidy and the bathrooms are updated and wonderful, while the staff are friendly and patient with all requests. The nearby orchards and fruit stands offer a beautiful view and great snack options. We would stay here again!

We only stayed for a couple of nights. The room was older but clean. There wasn't much of a breakfast but there's restaurants close by. What we liked best was that the room was much less expensive than the other two motels in town. Our sole complaint was that all of the rooms are upstairs and there's no lift. All in all, it's a good, inexpensive place to stay

Overall great stay at the Orchard View Motel. Because I had my service animal they put me in the separate suite above the market, but I had a gig that had me coming and going late so I thought it was perfect in order to not disturb other guests. I do like quiet and it wasn't bad but the main road is right outside the door, and the market opens early, which wasn't super noisy but I did hear some banging. Room was a little dated, with funny furniture and couches but it was clean and the beds were comfy, had a little deck too that was kind of nice. Raj at the front desk was very sweet, and sure, it's not a fancy pace but it does its job and is reasonably priced. The restaurant was great, so between that and the markets on either side, the location is pretty good, I'd stay there again for sure!

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised, the room was modern and absolutely spotless. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great value for the price. Fruit stands on both sides of the property and a wonderful Indian restaurant mere steps from the door of the hotel – we enjoyed dinner there and then grabbed some fruit, munchies and drinks at the stand next door to munch on in the room later.

I had a great stay a while ago (actually 2 years ago) but never gotten to write a review. I was planning to come to the area again and remembered. So, here it is. I have found the hotel to be very reasonably priced, the rooms were very clan and quiet and staff friendly. The internet speeds are fast. There is no elevator to the rooms so you had to climb up some long and steep stairs (this could be an issue for handicapped people). There were not many options on the breakfast / pickup within (coffee, fruit), but they were free. Across the hotel they are also running an Indian restaurant which I visited and enjoyed. Maybe some things have changed since my visit, but I would definitely recommend it and will stay again when I am in the area.

loved this hotel! Room was clean (above average - minus some spider webs and a little shower track mildew), comfortable bed, hot water, ample heat, internet great, bouncy carpet (nice enough to walk on barefoot and stretch on). I enjoyed the muffins for breakfast.

Very clean rooms. Lots of room in the motel room and very comfortable. Restaurant food was 5 star. Best chicken and mushroom Fettuccine I have had in years with excellent prices on the menu.
